Why use this service when I can search myself?
You can use the Companies Registry's e-Search Services directly. We handle document selection, purchase, downloading and data extraction for teams working with batches or a fixed output format.
Can you extract data from PDFs we already have?
Yes. Share the document types, quantity and required fields. We quote according to the documents and output format.
Can you use our fields and role codes?
Yes. For example, officer_name for a director's name and DIR for the role. Field names, nesting, dates and null values can follow your specification. We agree a sample before processing the batch.
Does the data reflect the company's current position?
Data reflects the source documents and their dates. Undisclosed, illegible or conflicting information is flagged separately. Shareholder records may not reflect current ownership.
When will you deliver?
After confirming the company, documents and format, the quote states the total price, payment arrangements and delivery time. Batch and urgent requests are assessed separately.
