Services

ClariRecord provides public company filing retrieval, data extraction and format conversion. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Hong Kong Companies Registry or any government department. Services exclude company formation, acting as a director or company secretary, registered offices, legal advice, audit and certification.

The website currently offers information and samples only. Engagements are not yet accepted.

Engagements & fees

An enquiry is not an order. Engagements require agreement on the provider, documents, output format, service and document fees, settlement currency and delivery time. Additional work or fees require separate agreement.

The standard service is RMB199 per company, covering one Hong Kong local private company limited by shares, up to 3 documents and 30 pages in total. Document fees are additional. JSON, XML, custom and out-of-scope work are quoted separately.

Cancellation & corrections

Cancellation, incurred document fees and refunds for unfinished work must be agreed before payment. Our transcription errors reported within 7 days of delivery are corrected without charge. Source errors, new documents and updates are discussed separately.

Dates & limitations

Results reflect the specified documents and their dates. Public filings may not be current, complete or accurate; missing, illegible and conflicting information is flagged. Results are not a credit rating, beneficial ownership certification or full due diligence and should not be the sole basis for transactional or legal decisions.

Document rights & use

Clients must have the right to provide and use submitted documents and must use results according to applicable laws and source terms. Use for harassment, impersonation, unlawful personal-data processing or evasion of access restrictions is prohibited. Format conversion does not change source rights or restrictions.

Samples

The interactive sample shows partial extraction from a historical NAR1, not a live registry search. The company and source organisation are not our partners or endorsers.

Privacy & liability

Document transfer, retention, deletion, liability and dispute arrangements will be agreed for an engagement. No term excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
