This site has no accounts or file uploads. Cloudflare provides hosting and basic traffic and performance analytics. With your consent, we use PostHog to analyse page views, sample interactions, enquiry steps and masked session replays to improve the site. PostHog uses device identifiers to link activity in the same browser and processes data in the United States. We do not send enquiry form contents or reference numbers to PostHog. You can decline further analytics at any time using Analytics / 私隱設定 in the footer, without affecting enquiries.
Service enquiry
The form collects your email and requirements, plus any contact name, company and delivery date you choose to provide, to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Required fields must be completed to submit. Please do not include identity document numbers or sensitive personal data.
Submitted enquiries are stored in our hosted database, accessible only to staff handling enquiries and the necessary hosting providers. We do not sell your details or add them to mailing lists. Enquiry records are retained for the period needed to handle and follow up on the enquiry. Records of commissioned work are handled under separately agreed arrangements.
Access & correction
To request access to, correction or deletion of your enquiry details, contact us using the enquiry form with your original reference number and the same email address.
Sample features
Copy and download features only process the public sample. Copied content is written to your device's clipboard. You manage any files you download.
Client documents
Transfer methods, authorised access, retention and deletion will be agreed before engagement. Any additional processing providers or cross-border transfers will also be confirmed in advance.
